💚☘️ Thank You, Berne Evangelical Church! ☘️💚

What a beautiful summer evening we had sharing Irish dance with the children and families of Vacation Bible School Berne Evangelical Church

This year's VBS theme, Emerald Crossing, was the perfect backdrop for introducing dancers to the music, movement, and traditions of Ireland. We were honored to be invited to teach an Irish dance class and spend the evening with such an enthusiastic group of young dancers.

One of the best parts of the evening was being able to dance outdoors under the summer sky. Surrounded by the beauty of the Midwest countryside, it was easy to see the connection between the rolling green landscapes of Ireland and the rich farmland that makes our heartland so special. There is something magical about dancing outside on a warm summer evening with laughter, music, and smiling faces all around.

The dancers brought incredible energy, enthusiasm, and courage as they learned new steps and embraced the fun of Irish dance. We loved watching them jump right in and give it their all!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Berne Evangelical Church for your hospitality and for inviting McGovern Irish Dance to be part of your Emerald Crossing adventure. We had a wonderful time and are grateful for the opportunity to share our love of Irish dance with your community.

🍓☘️ What an wonderful weekend Troy Strawberry Festival! ☘️🍓

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by to watch our dancers perform throughout the weekend. Your applause, encouragement, and support mean so much to our dancers and their families.

We are especially grateful to our amazing dance parents who dedicate countless hours driving, volunteering, helping with costumes, cheering from the audience, and making opportunities like this possible for our dancers. We couldn't do it without you!

A very special thank you goes out to three of our dancers who are currently on the injured list — Gavin, Lizzie, and Vivi. While they weren't able to perform this weekend, they still showed up to help wrangle our younger dancers, lend a hand backstage, and support their teammates. That kind of dedication, leadership, and team spirit is what makes our McGovern Irish Dance family so special. 💚

We would also like to thank the Troy Strawberry Festival organizers for hosting another wonderful community event. We are honored to be part of such a beloved tradition and always enjoy sharing our love of Irish dance with festival visitors from near and far.

☘️💚 What an incredible evening Patterson Park Church Church Vacation Bible School! 💚☘️

Last night, our McGovern Irish Dance performers had the privilege of sharing the joy of Irish dance with the amazing families and children attending this year's Emerald Crossing VBS program.

The excitement, energy, and enthusiasm from the crowd were absolutely contagious! From the moment we stepped onto the stage, the audience was engaged, cheering, clapping, and celebrating right along with us. There is something truly special about performing for a group that is so full of joy and excitement.

The theme of Emerald Crossing was the perfect backdrop for an evening of Irish music, dancing, and community. We loved having the opportunity to share a little piece of Irish culture while creating memories with such a wonderful group of children, families, volunteers, and church members.

A huge thank you to Patterson Park Church for inviting us to be part of this special event. We are grateful for the warm welcome and can't wait for the next opportunity to dance with you again!
