🌿We were so happy to collaborate with amazing sound healer Wendy Bird last night!

The full moon energy could be felt with beautiful sunset streaks + a rare, huge, white snowy egret visited us when we showed up to prepare for our 12 paddlers!

Inhaling the fresh rain air during our yoga this morning meant we all felt refreshed & amazing! 🌿

Some of these yogis traveled a couple hours + to meet us today for our SUP Yoga session.

Bright flowers pop on the shoreline as we paddle at this serene river spot 🦋

⭐️Small group SUP Yoga class at the lotus patch last night!

We were immersed in unparalleled natural beauty throughout our paddle out & back and our yoga flow. Inhaling this nature medicine was powerful! 🌿

Wild American lotus surrounded us, heron & an abundance of bird sounds plus the most majestic sunset made this experience extraordinary!
