📍 A few quick reminders:
• Please arrive by 9:00 AM to check in.
• Bring a water bottle and towel.
• Alcohol is prohibited during class.
• Only Aqua Zumba participants are permitted in the pool at 9:00 AM.
• If you’d like to stay for Adult Swim after class, all participants must check in at the front desk. Non-members staying as a guest with a member will pay the PHSC guest fee of $10.

🌦️ In the event of inclement weather or class cancellation, I’ll send an email and text all participants.

🎬✨ What a fantastic movie night! We hope all the kids had a blast and made some great summer memories. We can't wait to see everyone at the next one! (Friday, July 11th)

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who stayed behind to help clean up at the end of the night—we truly appreciate your help! ❤️

As we continue to host fun events throughout the summer, we kindly ask everyone to help keep our pool grounds looking great by cleaning up after yourselves and disposing of trash before heading home. A little teamwork goes a long way! 😊 ( there was a LOT of trash left behind last night on the ground, on tables, etc.)

Dear PHSC Members,

Tomorrow evening, Tuesday, June 9, our PHSC Fighting Fish Swim Team will host their first home meet of the season as they take on Beavercreek Woodhaven.

Please note that the pool will close at 4:00 PM to allow our volunteers and swim team families time to prepare for the meet.

We encourage all members to come out and support your fellow PHSC members as they compete in the season opener. Home meets are a great opportunity to enjoy the energy of the swim team and cheer on our swimmers.

Hungry? Our "world-famous" grill team will be serving up their delicious menu of:

- Mouth-watering hamburgers & cheeseburgers
- Hot dogs
- French fries
- Chicken tenders
- Delicious corn on the cob

If you'd prefer to swim elsewhere tomorrow evening, PHSC members are welcome to visit Beavercreek Woodhaven and will receive free admission by showing their PHSC membership card.

We hope to see you at the meet as we kick off another exciting swim team season!

💦 9:00 AM – Aqua Zumba with Emily Chandler! Start your morning with a fun workout, great music, and lots of energy.

🎉 10:30 AM–1:30 PM – Dave & Dave's Retirement Celebration! Come help us celebrate two PHSC legends as they head into retirement. (Reminder: Adults Only from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM.) We're expecting plenty of laughs, memories, and definitely a few classic Dave stories! 🤣

🎶 1:00–5:00 PM – DJ Pedro takes over the pool! If you've never experienced PHSC when DJ Pedro is here, you're in for a treat. The music, the energy, the atmosphere... it's a whole vibe! 🔥

Aqua Zumba class starts up THIS Saturday, June 6th at 9:00 AM!

A Farewell to Our Fearless Leader 🏊‍♂️💙

After many incredible seasons, our beloved pool manager Dave Leedy has decided this will be his final year leading the charge at Pleasant Hill Swim Club.

Dave has been more than a manager—he’s been the heartbeat of PHSC. From coaching and mentoring our kids, to keeping the pump room humming and the bathrooms cleaner than any public facility has a right to be, Dave has poured his time, energy, and heart into this place. His dedication has shaped our summers and strengthened our community.

We’ll miss seeing him in the office, clipboard in hand, but we’re holding out hope that next season, Dave will be joining us on the pool deck—not to work, but to relax and enjoy the club he helped build.

Thank you, Dave. For everything. 💧👊🫶

And don’t worry—this isn’t goodbye forever. Keep an eye out this spring for details on a proper retirement bash…Dave-style! 🎉 🦸‍♂️
