๐ AMP Championship 2026 โ Round 3 ๐
May 16th marked Round 3 of the AMP Championship, and once again it delivered unforgettable ัะผะพtions and amazing results for Team KartFreedom! โค๏ธ๐ฅ
In total, our team was represented by 17 drivers and 18 karts across 8 different classes โ and once again we proved that KartFreedom can fight at the front in every category. Yes, it was a successful weekend, although as always in racing, it did not come without some bad luck.
First of all, we want to thank every driver, parent, mechanic, supporter, and member of our team. We are no longer just a team โ we are a big family where everyone supports and helps each other. You are all incredible! ๐โค๏ธ
Special thanks to our mechanics ๐ง
They worked incredibly hard all week and throughout race day to make sure everything ran smoothly. Once again, we completed the entire event without a single technical issue โ and that says a lot. Thank you!
And of course, thank you to AMP for organizing another great event ๐
๐ RESULTS:
๐ฅ KA100 Senior
Three KartFreedom drivers entered the class โ and we came away with a dominant 1-2 finish!
๐ฅ Eugene Panenko โ victory in a dramatic final
๐ฅ Austin Thompson โ P2
An incredible double podium for KartFreedom and CKR chassis ๐ช
Their teammate was competing in only his second race ever, but showed excellent pace and strong lap times to finish P8 ๐
๐ฅ KA100 Junior
Jesse Frazier and Graeme Eslick both had the speed to fight for victory in an ultra-competitive field where every tiny mistake cost positions.
Jesse finished only 2 seconds from the win in P5.
Graeme recovered to P9 after a spin on the opening lap.
๐ฅ TAG Junior
Graeme Eslick was unbelievably fast ๐
Running senior-level pace โ and even faster than some of them. A dominant victory ๐ฅ Bravo!
๐ฅ TAG Senior
Double podium for KartFreedom!
๐ฅ Alex Hamilton โ victory!
A huge result that reflects Alexโs hard work in testing and the effort of the entire team ๐
๐ฅ Tanner Dickson-Hooper โ P3
๐ฅ TAG Masters
Ian Drennan had the speed to win and fought all the way to the finish against Jose Garcia. Unfortunately, the Rotax engine lacked just a little straight-line speed, and Ian finished P2 only 0.2 seconds short of victory ๐ฎโ๐จ
John Dickson was fighting for a podium position before an incident caused by another driver ended his race. Thatโs racingโฆ
๐ฅ LO206 Junior
Lance Jerrold continues to prove that with the right approach, even rookie drivers can consistently fight for podiums ๐
After getting taken out in the prefinal and starting outside the top 10, Lance charged all the way back to another podium finish! ๐
Miles Cala โ P8
James Nguyen โ DNF due to technical issues.
๐ฅ LO206 Senior
We could have finished much higher, but incidents are part of racing.
Zoe Porter โ P6
Drew Olson โ P19
Noah White โ P22
Ashton Turner โ P26 (DNF after an incident while running P5)
๐ฅ LO206 Masters
Chris Orencia once again had podium pace, but unfortunately a crash ended the race earlyโฆ
Thank you everyone for another unforgettable weekend โค๏ธ
See you at the track!
Love karting. ๐๐ฅ
