Just a little update for the MMM family!

Yes!!! We are still training. However, things are looking a little different for us now days. Our training has branched out a little bit.

We are coaching, training and developing female basketball players within our community!! It’s been amazing! I have always had a love for basketball, I’ve been coaching for a few years now and I want to help young girls love it just as much.

So we are still here for your fitness journey always!

See what I did there!?
Anyways. I often get asked how to build a b***y and 9/10 strongly dislike the answer because mentally they feel that it’s in the opposite direction of their goal. It’s not.
The answer is feed it. Eat food. Eat HEALTHY food and good portions of it.
“But coach! If I eat then I gain weight and I want to loose it while building a big b***y!”
Well fortunately with the right foods and routines you won’t gain fat. You gain muscle. I incorporate routines that build and shape those lovely lady lumps. We sculpt the natural curves from top to bottom!!

And to get ahead of the “those are Halara legging!” Comments, they are but not the lifting ones because those don’t work for me lol. They are actually very uncomfortable and not at appealing to the eye as it looks like I have duct tape around the middle of my butt in those. 😂😂😂 but the 3rd picture are plain leggings. Now that we have addressed that. Enjoy the gains!
