I’ve quietly been working on this project for the last month and I’m incredibly excited to share it with you all. Humble Beast was originally a nickname given to me years ago when I started my fitness journey. Now Humble Beast Fitness is so much more than I could’ve ever expected. My cousin Isaac started working with me on nutrition and helping here and there with training 8 months ago. He was sitting at 223lbs now currently weighing in at 183lbs. 40lb weight loss in 8mo. He cleaned up some eating habits early on. Then took his time and was patient with falling in love with the journey not just the end goal. Now you can’t get him out the gym if you tried. He’s maintained a great deal of muscle while trimming away bodyfat which is why we went the slower route. Proud of you my guy! Keep pushing forward and dominating humbly! 🤙🏾
