I've been a personal trainer since 2008, before that I was in the Marines for 4 years, when I got out of the Marines I started training in Clearwater Florida with a awesome group of trainers that molded me into the trainer that I am today. since I moved back to Michigan i have had tons of client success. My first client i ever got has lost 160 lbs, one of my other clients that i trained to success

lost 280 lbs and won a national success story title from Anytime Fitness and now he owns his own Anytime Fitness. My training is always goal oriented towards functional/goal training. I can help you get to whatever fitness goal you are going from corrective exercises to preparing for the military.
