Here's a recently finished Wood Hite Hunter in 52100 carbon steel with brass bolsters and a jigged bone handle. I took a little departure from my usual picture taking fence post to find a spot along the Blackwater River for this picture.

I just posted these three 'The Conservationist' Paring knives up for sale on my website www.northmountainknives.com They are 52100 carbon steel. One has rosewood scales and the other two have black walnut that came from Pendleton County, WV. They will need some TLC. The owner will have to dry and oil the steel after use, and occasionally oil the wood. I'm calling them 'The Conservationist' because the steel for them were cut off pieces that were too small for my regular patterns...reduce reuse recycle.
