3 core compression exercises to help with full body tension.
Body tension in exercise refers to consciously engaging/ contracting all of your muscles to stabilize your joints, maximize force production, and improve muscle hypertrophy. Proper tension is the key factor for stimulating muscle growth, improving efficiency, and preventing injuries. This is what I’m referring to if you’ve heard me say you must feel your core when you’re doing a compound lift such as a squat, deadlift, pull up or push up. These drills help with that. Have fun.
