We offer professional level personal training and group instruction in self-defense and competive sport martial arts (MMA) for all levels of experience. Shootfighting is an original system of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) developed in Japan. It is primarily comprised of, but not limited to, the following styles: Muay Thai Kickboxing & Submission Grappling including Catch-As-Catch-Can Wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu/Jujitsu, Judo, Sambo, Greco-Roman Wrestling and even Sumo. Just want to say. I appreciate everyone who has stuck with us through the madness and kept us in business! We are planning to restart group classes in February starting woth put adult self-defense and our youth self-defense. Stay healthy and stay strong.

I would just like to thank all of our students old and new for sticking with us this last year through all the crazy times. We have come along way during one of the most difficult times for small businesses especially martial art schools. We have accomplished so much and none of it would have been possible if not for you. So thank you all for every lesson you continued to take, Thank you for all the reviews and referrals, thank you for every flyer you handed out, and your continued support. Group class update! Do to the rise of covid in Yolo county and the new reinstated mask mandate if you are planning to do group and are not vaccinated you must wear a mask and can only do hands on with those you live with. If you are vaccinated wearing a mask is optional and you may do hands on with other vaccinated students. The garage door will remain open and fans will be on to keep the air flow consistent. Private lesson will continue unchanged.
