OPERATIONS UPDATE: Sunday, March 22nd will be the final day of the 25/26 season.

As much as we’ve worked to extend the season and preserve great spring conditions, rapidly changing conditions and warm temperatures ahead mean we can no longer guarantee the level of experience our guests expect. Rather than compromise on conditions, we’ve made the decision to suspend operations after Sunday.

Join us Sunday for one final day of fantastic spring skiing and snowboarding here at Timberline Mountain!

With 10 inches of natural snow and 24 hours of snowmaking this week, we’re heading into another weekend of fantastic spring conditions!

The majority of our terrain remains open, and we’re expecting excellent spring skiing and riding on both Saturday and Sunday!

That said, temperatures will be unseasonably warm this weekend, and coverage may begin to diminish quickly. Because of that, we won’t be able to make a final call on closing day until later this weekend.

Our team will be closely monitoring snow depth and conditions throughout the weekend. If we feel we can continue operating while still providing a quality experience, we’ll absolutely look to extend the season.

Either way, this weekend is looking great for more spring skiing and riding!

Over 8 inches of fresh snow and another round of snowmaking!

It may be mid-March, but the season is still delivering at Timberline Mountain. Between the recent snowfall and continued snowmaking, conditions across the mountain will be excellent all week and into the weekend.

Our focus this time of year is the same as it is all season: maintaining the best possible conditions every day we’re open. Snowmaking, grooming, and careful snow management all play a role in keeping terrain open and skiing well, even as spring rolls in.

We will remain open daily through Sunday the 22nd, with operational plans beyond that still to be determined. Bonus Day discounts and season pass holder perks will be in effect for the remainder of the season.

We might not know when the season will end yet, but we do know for sure that this is some of the best spring skiing and riding we’ve ever seen!

The annual Pool Party returns for the 25/26 season on Saturday, March 14th! This one-day event celebrates a fantastic winter and kicks off our spring skiing season!

From the Decorated Cardboard Box Race and Pink Flamingo Selfie Scavenger Hunt to the popular Pool Skim and Slopestyle competition, there are events for all ages and skill levels at the Pool Party!

Snowmaking is back in action ❄️

This recent stretch of warm weather and rain took a toll on conditions, but we’ve fired up the snow guns again to get mountain back into shape.

This late-season snowmaking is reinforcing coverage in high traffic areas and popular terrain, and should allow us to reopen several temporarily closed trails. Spring conditions can change quickly, but we’re expecting to have plenty of our terrain open this weekend!

With our Pool Party celebrations on Saturday, Bonus Day discounts in effect for the rest of the season, lower temps and fresh snowmaking, it’s a great time to get back out on the mountain!

Timberline Mountain will remain open 7 days a week through March 22nd. Operational status beyond Sunday, March 22nd is yet to be determined.

A sharp drop in temperature is expected tonight, bringing with it a chance of snow Thursday morning. If conditions are right, Mountain Ops may use this opportunity for a brief run of snowmaking.

Our springtime Pool Party is this Saturday, but the season isn’t over just yet!

Bonus Day pricing and perks will be active starting March 9th through the remainder of the 25/26 winter season! Bonus Days daily lift tickets will be reduced to $69 and rentals $29 per day. Bonus Day lift tickets may be purchased in person at the ticket windows or online!

Perfect & Gold Season Passholders can bring a friend for free! Perfect & Gold Season Pass holders are permitted one guest per day, and both passholder and guest must be present at the ticket window to receive their free daily lift ticket. Silver and Bronze Pass holders can use their pass any day of the week during Bonus Days!

Bonus Day lift tickets are only valid during Bonus Days. Bonus Day lift tickets are not valid during the regular operating season. Bonus Day tickets purchased for the 25/26 season Bonus Days are only valid for the 25/26 season and do not roll over to the 26/27 season.

Timberline Mountain will remain open 7 days a week. Bonus Days will begin Monday, March 9th, and a closing date for the season has yet to be determined.

The weather may be warm right now, but we see some colder temps in the forecast for next weekend. We have carefully managed our snow throughout the season to keep the mountain open as long as possible. 100% of our terrain is currently still open, so come make the most of the spring skiing season!

Blizzard conditions have delivered in a big way with about 20 inches of new snow in the last 48 hours!

On top of Monday’s 8 inches, we saw another foot of snow in the last 24 hours. Snowmaking also fired up yesterday to help solidify the base in high-traffic areas and keep coverage strong as we prepare to push the season deep into March.

Another 2 to 4 inches is expected overnight, with soft, wintry conditions continuing through the week!

02/20/2026

It was a beautiful bluebird day of spring-like skiing, but winter returns tonight!

Temperatures will drop back into the 20s overnight, and snow is in the forecast for both Saturday and Sunday. The bulk of the storm is forecast to arrive Sunday, bringing with it a possible 6 to 8 inches of snow.

We currently have coast-to-coast coverage on 100% of our terrain, and next week shows a chance of snow each day. With the mountain in excellent shape and plenty of prime winter season still to come, it’s a great time to plan your next trip!
