One of my favorite people is this lovely woman♥️
Jackie is a part of the team and family at Fitness Junction. She coaches classes during the week, and is active with our school programs.

When Jackie isn’t doing a million things for others, she manages to workout at the gym. And when I say workout, I mean WORKOUT!
Small and mighty, (also known as “12 pack Jack” by me), she can lift weights with the best of them. Holy cow! I dare anyone to challenge her. Be careful if you do. I am exhausted just watching her.

Jackie’s workouts include stretching, working on balance and strength training. And when she steps onto the treadmill, wow! No walking… she runs like a lion is chasing her😁

A mother of 2 children, she stays busy supporting her son in wrestling and her daughter in gymnastics. By the way, both of her kids excel in their chosen activities. Jackie is married to such a nice man, Matt. I can’t help but smile whenever I see them. They are a very handsome couple.
Oh did I mention, she also has a full time job. Busy lady!

Well hello beautiful!! Meet Kelsey Kane, our director, trainer, motivator and dear friend🩷

Not only is Kelsey a stunning woman on the outside, she’s beautiful on the inside too. Always smiling, she puts forth a tremendous amount of energy, love and effort in every single workout, with every single client!
She is very loved by her staff, the owners, her clients and friends.

But her main role in this story is being a wife and mother to 2 beautiful children. Yes, she juggles it all and handles it with such poise, kindness, and grace.
Can you believe she’s got a 7 month old at home? She looks wonderful! Of course, she is very loved by her handsome husband, EJ & her 2 precious little ones. ♥️

Here’s the question. Do you think you could find this type of atmosphere elsewhere?
I’m a member 5 plus years now. I’ve been in other gyms before. And I can honestly say I’ve never experienced anything like this place. Members are here with a common goal, getting fit, physically which supports your mental health as well.

Holy Cow!!! Paul is like the energizer bunny times 100! 😂 He keeps going through his routine nonstop and pushes hard!
He is a client of our club director, Kelsey. She loves to work with all her clients. But she LOVES the ones that lift heavy and aren’t afraid of a challenge. (I should know… she tortures me, I mean trains me🤪)
All kidding aside, Kelsey is a fantastic coach and club director. The training session was so much fun to watch and video. I love the raw power!
Thank you to Kelsey and Paul for inviting me to be a part of their workout session! I went home exhausted 😂👊🏼
