Friday nights are for football… but weekends are for breaking clays! 🎯💥

From 31 shooters in 2024 to 53 this fall, our trap team is proving that hard work and small-town pride build champions, too. Even with 12 athletes sitting out to chase Friday night lights (and cross country hills & volleyball wins), we’re still one of the largest trap teams in Illinois. 💪

🇺🇸 Honoring Our Heroes This Memorial Day 🇺🇸

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage, dedication, and love of freedom will never be forgotten.

At Rockford S***t and Trap Club, we are proud to stand with our community in honoring our nation’s heroes. May we never take for granted the sacrifices made to protect the freedoms we enjoy.

Wishing everyone a safe and reflective Memorial Day.

Northern Illinois Rifle And Pistol Club NIRPC will be hosting a Northern Illinois Rifle and Pistol Club New Member Orientation is Sunday April 13th, 8AM to 11AM at 4201 Galleria Drive Loves Park, IL. 61111 for the Classroom session.
Then onto the range at 3660 Harrison Rd. for the Range Walk, and Live Fire portion.
For the Live fire session please bring a Pistol or Revolver and at least 30 rounds of ammo and at least 2 magazines if it is a Semi Auto.
Also bring hearing protection and eye protection please.
PLESAE LEAVE YOUR WEAPON LOCKED IN YOUR VEHICLE DURING THE CLASSROOM PORTION.
You’ll be done by 12:30 PM
The Price to join on is only $240 Plus a one time $50 Orientation Fee.
Can’t beat it ! 2025 Dues are good till March 31st 2026

Happy 4th of July to all our members and friends at Rockford S***t and Trap Club! We hope this holiday is filled with fun, family, and lots of shooting sports.

As we celebrate our nation's freedom, let's take a moment to appreciate the great outdoors and the sense of community that brings us all together. Whether you're a seasoned shooter or just starting out, Rockford S***t and Trap Club is a fantastic place to connect with like-minded individuals and enjoy some friendly competition.

So, as you celebrate this holiday, don't forget to take care of your eyes and ears while shooting. Safety is our top priority, and we want everyone to have a fun and safe experience.

We were sad to hear about Roger’s passing this week.

It is with great sadness to announce that Roger Needham passed away unexpectedly last week. Funeral arrangements are pending and will be posted here when available. In the mean time, please keep Roger's family in your thoughts and prayers as they grieve and process this unexpected lost.
