🚀 Pickleball Drill Alert!

Want to level up your backhand volleys? Try this fun and fast-paced drill to improve your reflexes, control, and consistency at the net!

🔥 Drill: "Backhand Battle" 🔥
👥 Partner Up
📍 Stand at the NVZ (Kitchen) Line
🔁 Only use your backhand volley—no forehands allowed!

✅ How it works:
1️⃣ One player feeds the ball with a soft d**k to their partner’s backhand.
2️⃣ The rally continues ONLY using backhand volleys—keep the ball in the air!
3️⃣ Focus on keeping a soft touch while maintaining control.
4️⃣ Challenge each other by increasing speed or switching between crosscourt and down-the-line shots!

🎯 Bonus Challenge:

Set a goal of 10, 20, or even 50 backhand volleys in a row!

Add a third person as a coach or feeder to make it even more dynamic.

Ever had a game where everything just clicked? Your shots felt effortless, your reactions were automatic, and time seemed to slow down? That’s called flow state—the ultimate zone where you play your best pickleball without overthinking.

🎯 How to Reach Flow State on the Court:
✅ Stay Present – Focus on the now, not the last point or the next.
✅ Trust Your Training – Let muscle memory take over instead of forcing shots.

🚨 Do You Need THERAPY… Because of Pickleball?! 🤯

If you feel like pickleball is stressing you out more than it’s helping you, it might be time for a mindset shift. 🧠💡

Pickleball should be your escape, not your burden. Instead of:
❌ Obsessing over ratings & wins ➡️ ✅ Focus on improving & having fun
❌ Getting frustrated over bad calls ➡️ ✅ Control what you can, let go of what you can’t
❌ Feeling pressure to play perfect ➡️ ✅ Remember, even pros make mistakes

🎯 NEW PICKLEBALL DRILL: MASTER THE 4TH SHOT!

Want to control the point and neutralize aggressive third-shots? The 4th shot is where you take charge and seize control of the point.

Here’s why the 4th shot matters:
- You have the advantage at the kitchen line, so use it! The 4th shot is your opportunity to pressure your opponents.
- Avoid being too passive. Don’t just d**k it back and surrender your position. Be aggressive with your 4th shot.
- It sets the tone for the rest of the rally. A strong 4th shot can quickly win you the point.

Here’s a simple but effective drill to sharpen your game:

🔥 4th Shot Reset & Attack Drill 🔥

👉 Setup: One player (feeder) starts at the baseline, the other (driller) at the NVZ (kitchen).
Drill:
✅ Feeder hits an aggressive 3rd shot drive or drop.
✅ Driller practices resetting into the kitchen with a soft d**k or attacking if the ball is high.
✅ Feeder varies shots—hard drives, topspin rolls, or low drops—to keep it unpredictable.

💡 Key Focus:
✔️ Stay balanced & use soft hands for resets.
✔️ Attack only if the ball is above the net!
✔️ Mix in different angles, depths & speed of your shots to keep your opponent guessing.
