Competitors,

First off, let us begin by saying we are very excited to have your participation in our first annual GROUNDZ BATTLE ROYALE (Duos). We have been planning for quite some time to provide a competitive atmosphere with workouts that will challenge you physically and mentally. At our facility we strongly believe that competing is a major contributor to improving in our sport. We are glad to help contribute to your journey as competitors.

A few announcements:

Check In:
7:00am - 7:45am
* First Heat will begin promptly at 8:00am

Location:
4827 South State Rd 7 Davie FL 33314
We are located on the southwest corner of State Rd 7 (441) & Griffin Rd. In the Brandsmart shopping center.

Synchro Movements:
Wall-balls: ladies and gentlemen will use same target height 10'
Each teammate must be on the same rep.
Toes to Bar/Knee Raises: Each teammate must be on the same rep.

Please make sure you bring your ropes and anything else you may need. We will have all equipment necessary for the competition EXCEPT jump ropes.

Tents/Athlete Area:
We will have an area designated for your tents in the parking lot.

Admission:
5$ for those not competing which will automatically enter them into a raffle for a bunch of goodies.

Parking:
Free

Judging/Scoring:
We will have many volunteers taking care of judging/scoring. If for whatever reason you have any discrepancies with a judge and/or a score you will have a better chance at getting it corrected if the full workout has been recorded. We all know it happens.

Heat times and lane assignments attached.

We will have food and beverages for sale.
