As you can see the training for strength and weight loss is the same.
A very common mistake when people decide to lose weight is change to much stuff up at one time!
Eliminate carbs, increase cardio, high rep circuits.
No!
Strength training.
yes!
You should always aim to get better/stronger with your weights thatâs how your body will change.
Although you may need to change volume(amount) of what you do, because energy may be lower because youâre on a diet.
You donât want to mess up your strength training for the sake of always trying to burn more calories.
Too much too soon.
Itâs all about balance and consistency.
