A FEW WORDS ABOUT SATURDAY… 🥋
Thank you, Ernesto Frye | Jiu-Jitsu Professor , for having us at Elemental Jiu-Jitsu and Fitness on Saturday.
We arrived just in time for the end of your kids’ belt promotion, and it was so nice to see your students, their families, and the care and attention you put into their development.

Then came the adult seminar — and what a great time we had! Great energy, great participation, lots of learning, hard training, and a lot of positive energy on the mats.

It was also very special for us to be there and see one of Master Toco’s Black Belts carrying the work forward. Seeing the next generation of Nova Geração grow is something that makes us very happy and proud.

Thank you, Ernesto, for the warm welcome and for such a great Saturday.

🥋 EVERY CHAMPION STARTS WITH THE FIRST STEP.
At Nova Geração, the Jiu-Jitsu journey begins as early as 3½ years old.
In our First Steps Program, our youngest students are introduced to the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu through movement, play, and age-appropriate challenges.
Even their first rolls are intentional.
With just one sock on one foot, each child has a simple goal: be the first to take the other child’s sock off.
What looks like a simple game is actually a strategic introduction to Jiu-Jitsu. To succeed, they must learn to attack, defend, resist, control, react, make decisions, and adapt — all while learning how to interact safely with a partner.
They’re not just learning how to roll.
They’re learning how to think, react, adapt, and never give up.
And as they grow, so does their Jiu-Jitsu.
At age 6, our First Steps students are ready for their next chapter: the Little Champs Program, where they begin training in the gi and continue developing their technique, discipline, confidence, and love for Jiu-Jitsu.
