Ask yourself this: Are you getting stronger, getting weaker, or staying the same? If the answer isn’t stronger, it may be time to rethink your training strategies!
Strength isn’t just about performance — growing evidence continues to connect muscle mass and strength with longevity and quality of life.
So what are you waiting for?
Real strength takes time. It takes structured programming, discipline, and years of consistent work. Unlike cardiovascular fitness, which can improve dramatically in 8–12 weeks, building high-level absolute strength is a long-term investment.
The athlete in this video, 17-year-old 55kg lifter Diego (.diegoo), is squatting 2x bodyweight and deadlifting nearly 3x bodyweight. That didn’t happen overnight — it came from commitment, patience, and hard work. Diego is a specially talented young man, but he’s not the only one working with 2,3 times their body weight for reps inside of NoRespecr4Gravity He also holds a current box jump height of a whopping 50”! Standing at approximately 5’5” (on a tall day) that is a massive display of athleticism and explosive power!
Results like that are built, not found.
Our Strength and Olympic Weightlifting programs are designed to help you develop that same foundation — become stronger, move better, and reach levels you may not think possible.
The only question is… when do you start? DM us or contact Coach Mike with any and all questions
