I have been a group fitness instructor and yoga enthusiast for several years. In addition to my RYT-500 yoga designation, I am a Les Mills certified instructor as well as a general aerobics and aquatics instructor. In addition to teaching yoga at Four Towers Martial Arts, for the past few years I have had the wonderful opportunity to teach yoga for two of the largest employers in central Florida- Florida Hospital and Walt Disney World. My experience also includes teaching yoga classes on behalf of New Balance, the fitness apparel and sneaker company. Please like my page and check back for any new postings. Thank you!

Many of us are walking around dehydrated and don't realize it.

Fatigue, dizziness, headaches, confusion, and extreme weakness are just a few symptoms of dehydration.

Bottom line- Make sure you're getting enough water.💦
