Basic Field Rules:
1. FULL SEAL GOGGLES MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHEN OUTSIDE OF THE DESIGNATED SAFE ZONE (see rule 3)
2. HITS:
A hit anywhere on the body counts as a hit, any hit on gear worn or carried count as a hit (vest, back packs, hats, etc), gun hits and ricochets do not count as a hit. Any player hit will loudly call out "HIT" and use required red dead rag and place upon his/her head.
3. THE SAFE ZONE:
The Safe Zone is exactly that, a safe zone that is not in play on the field. While in the safe zone the players may remove their goggles, rest, perform any needed repairs or address any other issues at hand, etc. At no time is firing your airsoft weapon in, at, or out of the safe zone acceptable. This includes test firing or dry firing your weapon. If you must do so, you may go to the designated firing line at the field to perform these functions. Any player caught firing into the safe zone from the field of play will be ejected from the field. Multiple offenses will include but limited to forfeit of fees paid for the day, permanent ban from the field and removal from Ronin team roster.
4. ACTING IN AN UNSAFE MANNER:
This includes physical contact, threatening others, using non-approved explosives, combustibles, etc. We do not tolerate an unsafe environment, and we are all adults. If you are unsure what this rule covers, just remember that anything that may compromise player safety while on our field is unacceptable. Any offenses will include immediate forfeit of fees paid for the day, permanent ban from the field and removal from Ronin team roster.
5. MEDIC RULES:
Everyone will be given one first aid dressing (strip of cloth). The designated medic will be given a bag full of dressings. (If applicable) Upon your first hit, any player other than yourself can put your dressing on you (tied on upper arm). And you are back in the game. If you take a 2nd hit after medic rag has been applied. Only a medic can put a 2nd dressing on you, again only if a designated medic is in play, then you're back in the game. If you are hit a 3rd time you are officially dead and may return to safe zone. If a medic is not in play during the game, upon 2nd hit after medic rag has been applied you are out of the game and may return to safe zone. For respawn games if you are hit the first time you MUST return to the respawn area and wait the predetermined amount of time based on type of game being played. Once waited time is completed, player may return to active duty. (GOGGLES MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES IN RESPAWN AREAS)
