This month, we’re celebrating so much more than birthdays. We’re celebrating the amazing people who are part of our story the ones who show up, put in the work, grow through challenges, and share in the wins every single day inside the box.

Every Friday is Party Friday here at CrossFit Vangard , workouts get a little more free-flowing, but the intensity, the quality, and the drive to get better never change. It’s the day to put the week’s work to the test and finish strong with the crew.
