✅ 7:30 AM – K-Strong with Coach Jess - A full-body kettlebell workout focused on building strength and power.

✅ 8:30 AM – K-OntheMinute: Lower Body with Coach Jenn - Using bands, kettlebells and bodyweight, we’ll target all the major lower-body muscle groups and finish with core-specific work.

WEEKLY CHALLENGE:
WAVE SQUAT x15 🌊

This exercise combines a hinge and a squat into one fluid movement, training your glutes, quads, and posterior chain together while improving coordination, control, and total lower-body strength/ mobility.

🔆🔆HOW TO🔆🔆

🌊 Start standing tall with feet about shoulder-width apart

🌊 Hinge at your hips first (like a deadlift), pushing your hips back while keeping a slight bend in your knees

🌊 From that hinge position, drop your hips down into a squat (chest up, glutes to floor)

🌊 Drive through your feet to stand all the way up tall

🌊 That full sequence = 1 rep. Repeat for 15 reps

🔆🔆Tips🔆🔆

✅Think “hinge first, then drop” don’t rush straight into the squat

✅ Do not round your back during the hinge

✅Keep your weight in your heels, do not rock to the toes

✅Brace your core before and during every rep to protect your low back

✅Move smooth and controlled make it one continuous wave
