I invite you to see my transformation and join my challenges throughout the year. It's a combination of Pilates and Yoga inspired moves. I am starting with this type of workout routine to prevent any further injury to my right “bad” knee; this way I can work up my strength without doing jumps, weights or injuring my body any further. I'm not a FB kind of person so you won't see pics of my family o

r what I'm doing or not doing posted in here (Unless they sneak in the pictures I’ll keep them out of it for now LOL)

My goal for this page is to help myself get back in shape as well as others through motivating each other by holding different types of challenges that will make us healthy and comfortable within our own skin. Some want to gain muscle and some want to lose weight and yet together we can push ourselves to stay on track

You asked - so now that you know, what are you going to do to keep a healthy lifestyle? Did a thing today! Went for a short walk, first time since my right foot injury that I am able to enjoy a speed walk without inflicting added pain to my right foot.
