The human body needs to be physically challenged in order to survive and thrive. Most of the time that challenge should come in a dose that is appropriately challenging and allows us to have adequate recovery day over day to remain active while progressively gaining strength and capacity. Every once in a while we should push our bodies to a place we don’t go to every day to maintain access to that ability. The question is, what tools allow you to get there safely?
