While we have the studio available, I’ve added Thursday 4:30-6:30pm ALL LEVELS Aerial open gym. There will be a couple of my silks available to try out if anyone is interested (workshop coming soon). Arrive and depart anytime between 4:30-6:30pm this week and next week. Regular schedule:Tuesday 4:30pm Level 1 Hammock 5:30pm-7pm Hybrid Level 2 Hammock and Silks Thursday pop up. Sunday 11-1 Open Gym.

I have someone interested in doing my Yoga Alliance certified 200 hour yoga instructor training. This is for teaching a variety of yoga disciplines (including aerial). If we have 1-2 more people interested, i would put a achefule togehter I honestly can’t be humble about my program because its produced some of the best instructors in the Quad Cities. 🔥

We make it knowledgeable but casual and since it’s just in the concept, we will have really workable hours. Poolside meetings aren’t uncommon!

You don’t have to be “instagram ready” to do this. It’s all about elevating yourself. Message us.

You should leave your workout routine feeling joyful and accomplished. It’s not JUST the amount of weight you lifted, the calories burned or the amount of sweat on your shirt. Sure! That’s part of it. It’s a BIG part of it.

For us, the biggest part of it is finding a tribe that understands you as an individual. Finding a tribe that is happy to hang out with you while making you healthier. Laughter. Motivation.

2025 is the year to switch up from big box expensive gyms and start working with small groups of less than 5 people (or privately). Switching it up every time you come makes it not feel like a workout (ok…maybe you feel that way once it’s over. 🤣).
