We’ve got classes on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday! It’s a great time to take advantage of the $45 Unlimited Monthly for Hammock and the $100 Unlimited Monthly for Hammock and Silk classes. Includes Open Gym! Silks Workshop (required for Silks class) will be announced soon!

I’ve got 4 longer hammocks on a spinner to hang and keep for class. Come test them out!

11:45am Beginner Hammock (should we make it all level??)
12:45-1:45pm $10 Open Gym (all are welcome) $10 online or use a pass package.

Reminder no classes until next Sunday 7/20. It’s also the third week of the month when the space is getting used at 1, which changes up the schedule: 11-12 is still Beginner Kids Aerial, but Open Gym will be going on 11-1pm in the back half of the studio. Then we are back to a normal weekly schedule:
Monday Beginner Hammock 5:45pm to 7pm Tuesday 5pm-6:30pm L2 Hybrid Silks and Hammock (1st 45 is silks). Arrive anytime. Sunday 11-12pm Kids Beginner and Open Gym Noon-2pm.

Feelin’ like it’s time to throw some savings your way! Grab your calendar and book your Birthday, Team Building or Girls Nite Out party. Aerial Yoga is for all levels! Our summer is booking up. Before you know it, the holidays will be here. Better get the parties planned now while you can save some money! Email and phone in flyer.

While we have the studio available, I’ve added Thursday 4:30-6:30pm ALL LEVELS Aerial open gym. There will be a couple of my silks available to try out if anyone is interested (workshop coming soon).

Arrive and depart anytime between 4:30-6:30pm this week and next week.

Regular schedule:
Tuesday
4:30pm Level 1 Hammock
5:30pm-7pm Hybrid Level 2 Hammock and Silks

Thursday pop up.

Sunday 11-1 Open Gym.
