Yesterday was a day for the ladies! The Jebens ladies hit the platform to celebrate the Final Amateur day. The energy at the was unmatched. Congrats to .manes21 .18 on fabulous performances on platform yesterday, big numbers fell!! We are so proud of you all ! 💪💪

Congrats to all the other ladies who killed it yesterday as well. We love to see women owning their strength.

Thank you to for championing this amazing meet every year, we are sad to see it go but thankful for everything! Thank you also to all the vendors, volunteers, spotters, loaders, and judges for all of your time and efforts to our on such a wonderful event this weekend and all the years before.

What a fantastic meet day up at the Powerlifting and Bench Championships! Our ladies shone brightly with and Cindy making their fabulous powerlfiting debuts, and smashing PRs right and left and Emilee taking home Raw Elite Best Lifter!! So proud of these ladies !!💪 We also too home the Best Team Trophy 🏆

Big Congrats to .strength who killed it at the Iron Chapel Rumble this weekend in Des Moines! Brought home Best Lifter and a new Barbell! 🤩 He's been working his butt off between lifting and school , we couldn't be prouder!💪

Fantastic day of lifting . Big Lifts Made , Big Goals Achieved, and Big Checks coming home!

Congrats to our lifters Dalton Maddelein Erika Runge Amy Bohl and Zach Shaffer yesterday for some superb lifting! And Amy blew the competition out of the water to take home Best Female lifter and a nice chunk of change! 🥳

We were blessed to have a fantastic support crew cheering us on and handling us all day (not all pictured here). Thank you all who made the drive up to take over the front row and behind the curtains.

Thank you to and for hosting this event and all the volunteers, spotters, loaders, and judges for making this day happen!
