With time trials being as important as they are for the rest of your night getting the most out of youe engine is important. The last few months we have been working on just that and are happy to share the results to our testing we did. This air separator seals off the engine as much as possible keepin the temp of the engine and radiator away from the filter. Outside air temp was 70*f without the separator under speed the air temp at the filter was 126*f and the pressure reading was scattered. WITH the separator under speed the air temp at the filter was just shy of 81*f and a consistent pressure. Thats a 45*f difference! For every 10* in temperature is 1% this is a universal peice with some trimming will fit any stay injection and bodywork
