Attention Zumba Lovers!!! It is that time of year, you need to add Zumba to your to do list! We will be starting a Fall Zumba session on Monday, October 10th at 6:30 PM. New to the class, your first class is FREE and after that it is only $6/class. I have punch cards for purchase, they are $50 for 10 classes. Can’t wait to dance with you!

No gym membership is needed you just drop into my class as you would if we were at the church. I accept your punch cards at all my classes. Come on!!!

Ladies it’s raining outside, come join me in Halifax tonight for your Zumba fix. It’s been a looonnngg time since I’ve seen some of you. Class is at 6:30 at Kings Gym (right near Armstrong Valley Winery). You don’t need a gym membership, just drop in for Zumba and if you come tonight class is on me!
