For years, I have had people ask me how I built a completely authentic lifestyle of fitness when what was modeled to me by my parents was so self-sabotaging. For decades people have referred to me as Tena For Fitness so I decided

to own that identity and be intentional about it in 2010. My mission is to help men and women lose weight, be consistent towards their fitness goals and model this so well to others that they can even make a living at it. I write a blog, do video's, work with my leaders on personal development and productivity and on occasion I coach on things that I just encounter as a single mom of 2 boys. Last night for my birthday, my sweet son Chandler took me out to eat at Benson’s Steak House. We had a wonderful dinner and then out of the blue, the waitress brings this cake out to me!! I cried!! What a wonderful way to turn 66!!!!
