Now that our 1st Annual Kidsā Fishing Rodeo has come to an end, we want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to everyone who helped make this day possible!
To our KDLD Board Members and KDLD Membersā thank you for all the time, hard work, planning, setting up, working throughout the day, and cleaning up afterward. So much goes on behind the scenes to put together an event like this, and we truly appreciate each and every one of you.
To everyone who volunteered their time to come out and help usā THANK YOU! Whether you helped for an hour or stayed with us all day, every helping hand made a difference.
A very special thank you to Dauphin Island Marina for hosting our rodeo and providing such a wonderful venue for this event. š£š
We also want to thank Dauphin Island Police Department, Dauphin Island Public Safety, Wreaths Across America, and Graysonās Air Conditioning for setting up booths and spending the day with us. We truly appreciate you being there and supporting our rodeo!
A big thank you to Southern Bounce for setting up the bounce house for the kids. It was a fun addition to the day, and the kids certainly enjoyed it! š°

When we began planning our very first Kidsā Fishing Rodeo, we wanted to create a special day for the children and families in our community. You helped us turn that vision into a reality.
We know businesses and individuals are asked to support many causes throughout the year, and we never take it for granted when someone chooses to support ours. Every donation, no matter the size, helped us give these kids a day filled with fishing, excitement, smiles, prizes, and memories.
