4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths – Only a few short steps from the water, the inspiration for this new beach-front home is from Jimmy Buffett’s book, “A Salty Piece of Land”.Throughout the house are beautiful tile floors with the look of whitewashed wood. The large living and dining areas have incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. Bedroom 1 includes a large Master Suite with king bed overlooking the Gulf and features a large private bath. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed and overlooks the Gulf.This room connects via a shared bathroom to the bunk room which has 2 sets of built-in bunk beds. Bedroom 3 - The bunk room is aptly named “Lost Boys Fishing Lodge”. Perfect for kids, the room is decorated in a fishing lodge theme, has portholes and even Kraken tentacles around the doorway. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, is beautifully decorated, and has its own private bath. All bedrooms have 32” “smart” televisions. The well-equipped kitchen has all of the amenities of home, with stainless appliances, granite counter tops and plenty of cabinet space. There is a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and microwave.The living area has a 55” smart tv and a couch that pulls out to make a twin-size bed. Wireless internet is provided. The deck is approximately 700 sq. ft. and leads to one of the best things about this home, the outdoor shower tucked just under the house and beside the stairs. Sleeps 10

Work has started on the house! Pilings are up and as soon as the weather clears, the framing will begin!
