Oooof😮💨👏🏼 sometimes we have to really sit with the reality of WHY those woman can eat SO dang much… but still be “toned” & “fit”
🤔Maybe food isn’t the enemy after all
💤 Maybe sleep and stress management actually DOES matter
✨Could it be the fact that she looks at this journey as a lifelong commitment rather than a quick fix
