Killer Bees Baseball 14/15U opened their summer season dropping a close one 4-1 to Farmhouse Sports 15U.

It is great seeing this group out competing together again!

Today Henry Todd, pitched 5 innings striking out 7 and allowing only 1 ER. He was also 1-2 with a 2B and an RBI.

We expect big things this summer from the JV Bees.

On Wednesday, I said goodbye to my boys at Carver after a great run to the sweet 16.

Today I cherished every second of a group of young men I hope to be around until they are taking their final high school at bats.

The bees set out a goal of double digit wins this year, and have done it. Seasons have so many ups and downs, and these guys have continued to answer and battle as a team since last fall.

We are currently registering for the fall and spring 2027. We will run a tryout when a division fills up with registrations.

As the 11U Bees Make their way into the Post Season securing the Champions Bracket 2 seed and a Bye.

The Carver High baseball team has delayed the start of our 15U program by continuing to win in the Division 4 State Championship Bracket.

The saddest part of the playoffs is that the end of the season is near.

We had some out of conference games get canceled today.

So it was cookout and parents vs players wiffleball.

Parents are now 2-0.

This has been such a fun season with all the players and parents!

The best part of the day was game balls being given out at home plate and the right and left field line meetings in the players vs players game. This is what youth sports is about !

Firecracker Baseball League Play and Tournaments

While there are many personal accolades for the weekend the Bees ended the weekend with a plus run differential in our Firecracker Memorial Day tournament.

There has been one thing that has bothered me since the beginning of the year, an umpire said I hope you guys are better than you were last year.

We not only are better but this team as a group is growing more and more mentally tough. When they get to the time period in their baseball life, when wins and loses actually mean something this group will be tough to deal with.

With that being said great job on the mound as usual for Andrew Souza! Pitching a great game to open the tournament. Karter Tavares going 3-3 yesterday and flashing the leather. Our Rookie, Ben Holske, for a 2 hit day yesterday with 4 RBIs and playing well above his age! JB Ebert for big hits, and being a dependable glove in centerfield. Levi Degrace, for finally someone not being right where he hit the ball hard and getting a big 2 run double. There could be many more accolades given out but to summarize it, this group has come together as a team, and I am proud of them as a Coach and a Father!

Get dry, and sorry moms for ruining two uniforms!
