What is your favorite benefit of exercise?

Our manager Larisa says, “I love to use exercise as a coping mechanism for stress. Prior to my back injury I loved to run and do programs with a mixture of cardio and weights to release stress. I can not wait to be able to get back to that routine.”

One of the biggest factors that make people hesitant about joining a 24 hour gym that is not constantly staffed is safety.
Safety is our #1 priority. We take multiple measures to ensure that are members are as safe as possible.

🔑 The door to the outside of our gym is constantly locked and the gym can only be accessed by members using their key fob.
🎥 We multiple cameras on the property.
🏋🏼‍♀️ We do not allow members to constantly bringing guest. This helps us know who is in the gym.
🏋🏼‍♀️ Minors must be accompanied by an adult when using the gym.
💡 We have lighting outside the door

While we do our part to make sure that our members are safe there are steps you can take as well.
💥Be aware of your surroundings at all times.
💥Do not wear you ear pods or be on the phone while walking to your car.
💥Do not open the door for anyone even if you know them and they say they forgot their key fob or that it is not working.
