One year ago, we lost someone irreplaceable—my business partner, my close friend, and the heart of CST50, Annabel. She was a force of nature: a leader who inspired us, a calming presence who grounded us, and a friend who lifted us all with her energy and grace.

Annabel’s spirit is still with us every day. It’s in the way we show up for each other, in the strength of our CST50 family, and in the way we honor her legacy by continuing to build the community she loved so much.

This Monday, September 22nd, in her memory, we’re donating all revenue from classes to cancer research. If you’d like to join us in honoring Annabel, book your class now and be part of something bigger. Together, we can make a difference.

The photo I’m sharing is from the Darien Road Race, where Annabel and I ran six miles together, decked out in our CST50 gear. That run could define our relationship as friends and business partners—side by side, step by step, during the good and the bad parts of life- team mates.

To our CST50 clients and to my CST50 staff: you’ve lifted our community up in ways I can’t even put into words. Your support during this past year has been a light in the darkness, and I am endlessly grateful for each of you.

We all miss Annabel everyday - her spirit, love and determination. Let’s remember her together this Monday. Let’s celebrate her life, her legacy, and the love she poured into this community by kicking our asses on the Megaformer!

10 years of CST50…..it’s hard to believe. On May 10th, we will celebrate 10 mega awesome years of CST50. We are so very grateful to each and every one of you that have walked through our doors in the last 10 years. Another client testimonial from one of our favorite ladies in Westport!! Meet Kitt Shapiro Kitt Shapiro]. 1) What is your favorite thing about working out at CST50?
That it’s only 50 minutes! But seriously, it is an intense workout that hits every body part from the second you get on the machine to the second you stop. And it never gets easier.

2) What is the biggest change you have noticed about your fitness level since starting with CST50?
Even though the workout never gets easier, I definitely feel that my stamina and strength have improved immensely. I have always made fitness a priority and have exercised my entire life, but CST50 raises the bar to a whole new level. And I love it.

3) What is your favorite move on the megaformer?
Well ‘favorite’ is relative because in the moment, I’m not liking any of them, but I love/hate the arm series on the megaformer. It doesn’t take much to start those muscles burning.

4) What is one thing you could share with someone who is just beginning with CST50?
CST50 is a fabulous full body workout. The moves are intense; don’t get discouraged, and don’t compare yourself to others in the class.

5) How is the coaching different at CST50 then from other studios you have worked at before?
The coaches keep you focused and are continuously cheering us on and giving positive reminders that we are all stronger than we think.

6) When you are not a CST50 where can we find you?
Well, to supplement my CST50 workouts, I practice yoga several times a week.
