“survive the first one, and you’ll be addicted”

rob first tried HOTTR because his wife & daughter loved it. he’s been a part of our community since 2024 - and now, he’s obsessed

from HOT HIIT and strength n tone to L.I.F.T., rob credits HOTTR with improving his conditioning, flexibility & control. he gets an incredible workout every time and keeps coming back for the people, the challenge and the no-fuss atmosphere

his advice to men thinking about trying it? just take the first class

you might surprise yourself! and according to rob - you’ll probably (most definitely) be back🔥
