Our Annual Orvis Fly Fishing 101 🎣 fish was a Great success!! And what a turnout!! Bitterroot Fly Company, Matthew Toth , Bonnie Mitchell and Jim Mitchell hosted over 40 people and took them through the basics of fly fishing!! Lots of fun was had and lots of skills were learned. We want to Thank You for being with us in our class!! Also a special Thank you goes out to our Guides, Chris Grawitch , Kurt Sellerburg, David Hillburn, Fred Baldwin and Casting Instructors Steve and Diane Davies and the gentlemen they brought to help out, I'm sorry I didn't catch your names, Thank you for taking the day to help us out. We couldn't have done this without you. Sapphire Restaurant (Randall and Nicole) Thank you for your generosity of the property we use to hold our Casting Clinic!! Special Thanks to Jeffrey McGowan our Orvis Rep for walking our students through the basics of the gear needed to begin their journey of fly fishing. Another's special Thanks to Tom with Aquatic Invasive Species for helping our students understand the importance of keeping your gear clean, as to not spread the Invasive Species to others places!! And a Special Thanks To our Vendors that provided their products for the bags each student walked away with and getting your products in their hands to begin using!!
