An example of CrossFit being for everyone, when the workout calls for bar muscle up, the options are endless. You see some athletes preforming bar muscle ups, but also we had scales of butterfly and kipping pull-ups, strict pull-ups, banded structure pull ups, ring rows, and even bent over rows with dumbbells. Crossfit workouts are accessible for everyone and give you space to grow, if you so desire.
