💝 To all the softball moms, future moms, and the young ladies growing into women right before our eyes — this is my “why.” 💛
Softball has never only been about pitching lessons, hitting mechanics, or wins on the field for me. Those things matter, but they are not the most important thing these girls will carry with them through life.
My purpose is bigger than softball.
I invest in these young ladies because one day they will become wives, mothers, leaders, teachers, and role models. The way they learn to handle pressure, failure, success, discipline, confidence, and kindness now will follow them far beyond the game!!
If I can help teach them to stay strong during hard moments, lead with character, encourage others, work hard, and still remain good-hearted people in a world that can be tough… then that means more to me than any trophy or radar gun ever could.
The greatest lessons are not always remembered from the practices, lessons, or games — they are remembered in the impact someone leaves on your heart because players won’t forget the way we make them feel.
I pray every girl I coach walks away knowing she is capable, valuable, resilient, and loved. If I can leave a positive lasting impact on even a small part of their journey, then I know I’m doing exactly what God called me to do.
Happy Mother’s Day to the women raising strong daughters and to the future women we are helping shape every single day.
