PSA - The team weightlifting event will now take place on SUNDAY MORNING!! We have several athletes competing in both team and individual competition, and we have room in the team schedule to make this work so those athletes have the night to recover! PLUS we still have some team spots open, so if driving over for two days wasn’t an option for you, now you can make the day trip 😍🤩 share with your friends and come throw down with us!!
