I hope you guys are having amazing weeks after Memorial Day and are ready for a good, energizing weekend ahead. Invite the men in your family along with your buddies as we have a solid partner workout this Saturday.

Here's the workout:

1. Warm Up

10:00 Clock
1 Down and Back
5 Dynamic Squat Stretch
5 Sit Ups
5 Step Back Burpee
10 Calf Raises

2. Strength + Conditioning

Partner EMOM 24:
Min 1: 1-2 Down and Back
Min 2: 7 Weighted Squats
Min 3: 10 V-Ups Together

-Partner 1 starts on the first movement while the other partner starts on the second movement. After 1 minute, partners switch movements and perform 10 V-Ups together on minute 3. -

Planning on being outside this Saturday so meetup in the parking lot!

This Saturday, we will NOT be running our usual Men's Club at 7AM at West Bridge Church.

In honor of Memorial Day, the owner of Freedom 76 Fitness Factory in Danville has invited us to participate in the Murph, a workout to commemorate those who were in the service.

So, if you'd like to join us, we will meet at F76 at 10AM on Saturday to do the Murph (you may modify as needed) with food to follow. If you can't join us, I posted a modified version of Murph in the comments here if you'd like to try it at home.

Looking forward to seeing you guys there!🤝

2. Strength
EMOM 10:
Min 1: 10 DB/KB Split Squat
Min 2: 10 DB/KB Curl to Press

3. Metcon
Partner AMRAP 20:
10 Air Squats
7 DB/KB Sn**ch (Slam Ball)
10 Sit Ups

-1 partner works while the other partner rests. As soon as partner 1 finishes a round, partner 2 starts their round. Both will alternate until the 20 minutes is up-

Come join us this Saturday for another epic gathering together, shoulder to shoulder. We get to celebrate Dan Lachapell this weekend as this is his last weekend with us before he moves back to Wisconsin.

Fun fact: Dan actually made the workout for this weekend!

Planning on being outside this Saturday if the rain holds off so dress accordingly!
