As the state of the world has changed, the concerns of my clients have changed.
I’m now being asked: How do I stay motivated in times like this? 😞
And the truth is: you might not stay motivated.
Not the answer you were looking for? Tough pill to swallow?
Well, look at it this way:
Were you ALWAYS motivated to hit your workouts, smash your nutrition, and live your best life BEFORE we were social distancing and working from home?
I highly doubt it.
But guess what?
YOU DID IT ANYWAY.
Motivation may not always be there.
That’s where DISCIPLINE and SUPPORT come in.
Just because your circumstances have changed, doesn’t mean you should value yourself less. And it doesn’t mean you should give yourself excuses to forget about your health.
So, what did you do to be disciplined before?
Did you schedule in your workouts? Meal prep on Sundays? Check in with your coach?
Keep at it! Follow through on your protocols, lean on your coach and online fitness community for support, and soon enough, “healthy” becomes a routine.📝
