11 weeks. Same body weight. A completely different power profile.
Hadley Russell came into our data driven Player Development Program with a clear objective: identify where she was leaving athletic output on the table, then train those limiting factors.
The results speak for themselves.
In just 11 weeks:
⚡ +23% overall power-to-weight
💪 +59% triceps power
💪 +37% biceps power
🔄 +22% rotational power
🦵 +22% lower-body power
📈 Lower-body power: 8th → 49th percentile
📈 Rotational power: 30th → 64th percentile
But getting stronger only matters if we can transfer it to the field.
Her TrackMan numbers did exactly that:
🥎 Peak Exit Velocity: 65.9 → 70.3 MPH
🥎 Median Exit Velocity: 61.6 → 66.5 MPH
🥎 65+ MPH contact: 25% → 67%
🥎 67+ MPH contact: 0% → 42%
And she did it while remaining 175 lbs.
That’s what we’re after. Not simply adding weight. Not chasing random numbers in the weight room. Build a more powerful, balanced athlete and teach her to express that power in her sport.
Assess. Identify the limiting factors. Build the program. Train consistently. Reassess.
This is player development. More than lessons.
