💜🩵 Su***de Prevention & Awareness 🩵💜
Check in on the people you love.
Listen without judgment.
Take changes in behavior seriously.
Remind people that asking for help is okay.
And if you are struggling, please know that support is available.
You do not need to have the perfect words. Sometimes simply saying, “I’m here. I care about you. How can I support you?” can open the door to an important conversation.
If you or someone you know is experiencing suicidal thoughts or a mental health crisis in the U.S., call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. If there is immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Let’s keep talking about su***de prevention—not just during awareness campaigns, but throughout the year. One conversation can create connection, and connection can help save a life.
