This 3-week progressive acro training series is designed to help dancers safely build strength, flexibility, technique, and confidence while working toward exciting new tumbling skills! Each week focuses on a different skill level, allowing dancers to grow and advance throughout the summer. 💪✨

⭐ Week 1: Aerials
⭐ Week 2: Back Handsprings
⭐ Week 3: Advanced Tumbling
