We hope everyone enjoyed the Labor Day weekend! 🇺🇸❤️ The DACC is back open today, and there is A LOT happening around the Danville Area Community Center this week! 🙌💪🏊‍♀️🏀🎨

🔥 GROUP FITNESS IS BACK!
Today brings SilverSneakers BOOMMOVE, Lift, Tone & Stretch, Power Over Parkinson’s, SilverSneakers, TRX/Energi and Traditional Yoga. And that’s only the start of the week!

✨ NEW THIS THURSDAY: REV+FLOW BY REFIT® ✨REV+FLOW is a low-impact, high-intensity workout designed to help you move stronger, longer. 💥

You’ll work on functional strength, mobility, balance, flexibility and endurance — all set to motivating music in a welcoming environment for every age, size and fitness level. ❤️

AND WAIT… THERE’S ANOTHER NEW CLASS COMING! 👀🎶 💃 REFIT starts Monday, Sept. 14! If you love Zumba, you’ll love REFIT! 🎉 Details coming soon, but this is what you'll see in abundance next Monday: 😄🎵 💪❤️🎶

🏊‍♀️ THE POOL is busy all week with lap swimming, open swimming, classes and lessons.

And for the Danville teens: 🎨 MIND AT EASEL returns today and tomorrow from 3–4 p.m., giving middle and high school students a place to create, connect and explore.

Before we take a little Labor Day break, there’s still plenty of time to get moving today! 🙌
🏀 Open court basketball available today, 7am to 2:45pm
🏊 Pool open 7 a.m.–2:45 p.m.
💦 Lap swimming starts the morning
🏊‍♀️ Swim lessons from 8:30–11 a.m.
🌊 Lap AND open swim from 11 a.m.–2:45 p.m.
💪 And of course, the fitness center is ready for you!
Then… we’re taking a couple days off. ❤️🇺🇸
