📣Some information before our show tomorrow, June 13th starting at 3pm!
‼️Reminders:
✨️Bleachers, we no longer have them for right now. Please bring your own chairs if you plan to sit near the arena. All the boards are off but the block pillars are still there. Please keep an eye on kids(maybe even adults) and do NOT let them play on the blocks.
✨️Please no passenger vehicles along the arena, we prefer to have our truck/trailers close to the arena so they are able to watch while keeping an eye on their horses, especially with our sound not being fixed yet.
✨️Sound, this is a work in progress, we are waiting on the speakers that are ordered but nothing is fixed yet. We do know that the wire to the speaker going out the road(leaving the grounds) is damaged so that speaker will not work and the top speaker (up the road side) does not work either. We apologize for the inconvenience.
✨️Some of our regular volunteers, in the kitchen and outside, will either be late or not available at all so please help out when and where you can. Remember you must help out, along with being a member, to qualify for year end points!!
☀️Please remember to offer your horses water and maybe keep some electrolytes on hand, looks like it's going to be a warm one!
🐴If you have updated Coggins, please bring them!!

Before I forget again, there is a meeting tomorrow! Monthly meeting Wed June 3 at 7:30 at the Corral. All are welcome!

We will be looking for volunteers for each of our 3 shows this month, kitchen and ring help for all.

Sunday June 7 8:30 Columbia Co 4-H practice show, all 4-H riders from District V are invited to compete

Wed June 10 4-H Skills testing

Sat June 12 3 pm Fun Show! We will need kitchen and ring help

Sat June 20 8:30 am Open Show. We will need kitchen help all day and ring help especially between 11am and 3 pm

Sat June 27 Barrel Bash! Jackpot poles and barrels, exhibitions start at 10am, Show starts at noon. We will need kitchen help all day and barrel and pole setters from 11am til the end (usually by 4)

Please message us and let us know if you can volunteer for any of these events! Remember, to get grounds fees paid for next year, you must help at events this year!
