SoVa Roller Derby League Now recruiting! Looking for men and women, ages 18+, to join us. No experience necessary; we will tr We are co-ed! No experience necessary; we will train you.

SoVa Roller Derby League is the Halifax/South Boston area's first (and only) roller derby league! Men and women, who are 18 years of age or older, of all different skill sets, are welcome to join. We are members of MADE (Modern Athletic Derby Endeavor), but we are also willing to play WFTDA and other rule sets! Practices are held at World of Sports, located in South Boston, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Sunday nights and 7:00-9:00 p.m. on Tuesday nights. Message us via our page for more info!

IT'S A NEW YEAR! IT'S TIME FOR NEW CHALLENGES! Are you ready to start getting in shape, meet new people, have a new hobby? SOVA Roller Derby is now recruiting for our upcoming year! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Don't know how to skate? We will teach you! Don't know what Roller Derby is? We will teach you! We are coed and looking for men and women 18 or older to come check us out! Thanks to everyone who brought a tee shirt through our Booster. We are able to go back to practices twice a week (for the time being)! We are so are grateful for, not to mention humbled by, the support we received. Thank you ALL so much.

Also, uh, we just realized Booster does hoodies... we can get some made up for a good price. Just let us know. ;)
