It’s hard to fully put into words how grateful we are for this community and everything CB FIT has become. What started as a small vision has grown into something so special, and it’s all because of YOU all.

To every single person who has walked through our doors, taken a class, brought a friend, supported our instructors, celebrated milestones, or made CB Fit part of your routine in any way, shape, or form -- thank you 🥹🥹 Your energy, your consistency, and your belief in what we do is the reason we’re here today.

We’re so thankful for the friendships, the memories, the laughter, the strength, and the community built within CB's walls over the years.

Get to know our Lagree Instructor, Rylee! ✨

Rylee grew up in Walnut Creek and later went to UCSB where she studied sociology. (She’s also an esthetician and small business owner here in the East Bay!)

Her love for Lagree is what led her to eventually teach. What started as an obsession with the workout turned into wanting to fully immerse herself in it and share it with others.

Her favorite Lagree moves are tied between the side-lying leg press and plank to pike… So if you take her class, expect a good burn 🔥

Fun fact: after graduating UCSB, she moved to Italy where she worked for a travel company, getting to travel all over Europe (her favorite place being Switzerland)🇨🇭

You can find her in Walnut Creek on Wednesdays at 11 AM & 12 PM, and Thursdays at 11 AM & 12 PM, 6:30 & 7:30 PM.

Chels, you are truly incredible and have accomplished so much — from building studios, to becoming a Master Lagree Trainer, to raising two amazing boys. You are the backbone of our studio and the blueprint for everything we strive to be. Today, we celebrate you and all the amazing things you do🥹

Your kindness, thoughtfulness, and dedication never go unnoticed. Thank you for bringing people together, building such a strong community, and always going above and beyond for everyone around you.
